Heal your body.

with Bodywork

NIASZIIH Bodywork

NIASZIIH Bodywork is a powerful healing modality that uses the body as a doorway for healing and transformation. Through mindful movement, breathwork, awareness, and hands-on techniques, these sessions help you cultivate a deeper connection with your physical self, guiding you toward greater embodiment, flow, and spaciousness within your being.

In our work together, we embrace Nia tú, the philosophy of choice—meaning I will never dictate how you should move, but rather provide guidelines that allow you to explore your own unique landscape. By tuning into your natural rhythm and baseline of communication, you can begin refining your awareness and deepening your relationship with your body.

NIASZIIH Bodywork offers a unique approach to releasing stored emotions and trauma, regulating the nervous system, and fostering a profound connection with the physical self. It invites you to uncover both the infinite and finite possibilities within your body. If you’re curious to discover how adaptable and resilient you truly are, this practice provides a meaningful path for exploration and self-discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are sessions held?

Bodywork sessions are typically held in-person, but can be done outdoors or online given the proper equipment.

What is your training?

To become a NIASZIIH Bodywork Practitioner, I completed the 3-year program at wildernessFusion where I first had to take 2-years of healing classes as a pre-requisite.

How long are sessions?

After the first 90-minute session to review your goals, Bodywork sessions are 60-minutes.

How do you take payment?

Insurance does not cover Bodywork, so this is a self-pay service. Methods of payment accepted are cash, Venmo/Paypal, check, or credit card, and are due at the time of rendered services.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are similar to yoga or pilates, where you will be working on a yoga mat, chair, or massage table. You will be fully clothed and it is recommended that you wear athletic attire that you can comfortably move in.

Can bodywork be combined with other services.

Bodywork can be combined with a traditional NIASZIIH Healing, but counseling clients will be kept separate as these are hands on services. If you wish to add traditional therapy, I can refer you to local mental health counselor.
